We specialise in domestic and commercial electrical wiring installations, telephone, internet and security systems. Our services range from installing additional sockets, cabling and conduits through three phase upgrades, lighting, air conditioning to electrical inspections and safety testing. We are frequently required to upgrade swimming pool pump rooms and external garden systems where poor earth connections, live wires/terminals and damp conditions can cause a risk to life and limb. We also provide consultancy to bars, restaurants and hotels where overloaded circuits, inadequate wiring and incorrect safety breakers constitute a fire risk. It should be noted that some insurance companies are prepared to reduce premiums when presented with an electrical safety certificate.
We have designed many innovative lighting plans for homes, gardens and even nightclubs. We have installed telephone, data cabling, wireless internet systems for several prestigious developments and hotels on Phuket.
All work is carried out by qualified electricians and can if necessary be inspected, tested and certified by a qualified electrical engineer to Engineering Institute of Thailand Electrical Code 2050 or IEE Requirements for Electrical Installations BS 7671 - 2008 Standard.
PHS Level 1 Electrical Safety Inspection
This survey conducted by one of our electricians this report covers basic safety aspects for a home or business. We will check breaker and wire sizes, wiring at the load panel, the presence of earth wiring to sockets and appliances, step down transformers for outdoor circuits or circuits where an outlet is in close proximity to water.
PHS Level 2 Electrical Safety Inspection (including Certification)
This survey is carried our by our consultant electrical engineer according to IEE Wiring Regulations and requirements for electrical installations BS7671. This level of inspection is recommended in large homes or businesses where the level of electrical installation is complex or problematic. We will comment on supply characteristics and earthing arrangements including the measurement of earth looped impedance and continuity. In three phase systems we will calculate connected load and if necessary comment on steps required to balance phases.
