Our home and business maintenance team also provides inexpensive but comprehensive maintenance packages for resorts, developments and overseas owners. A typical home maintenance program might consist of the following;

• Check Lighting/Replace Bulbs/Light Fittings where required
• Check Lighting Transformers/Replace where required
• Check Garden Lighting Circuits/Replace/Clean Connection where required
• Replace Breaker Switches where required
• Check Ceiling Fans/Remote Control/Batteries Operation
• Check Emergency Lighting System – Reset/Charge
• Check Electric Gate Operation/replace Remote Batteries where required
• AC - Check/Service/Clean AC CDUs/Fan Coils Units/Test
• AC - Recharge with R22 refrigerant where required (max. 1kg per unit per visit)
• Check Plumbing for visible leaks (i.e. WCs, Under Sink Counters, and Faucets, etc.) repair where required. Check shower drains, waste water pipes, WCs for operation.
• Check Surge Tank/Water Tank Cut-Offs (Check Monthly Water Bill)
• Check Wooden Flooring for any lifting/moisture/possible termite damage
• Check internally for possible roof leakages (i.e. gypsum/timber ceilings)
• Provide quarterly maintenance report by email
• Provide photos of problem areas where required
• Provide costing/quotation to repair any problem areas
• Provide advice regarding certain aspects of home safety if required
• Discuss problems, if any, with onsite staff
